The Galion 433U
The Galion 433U smooth side body is especially designed for heavy-duty hauling requirements. It is well-suited for construction work, aggregate hauling and bucket loading. All units are built of tough high tensile stainless steel to virtually outlast and outperform all others. Recommended for single axle underbody hoist applications.
- General Dimensions - Available in 9’ and 10’ lengths, 86” inside width, 26” sides, 32” or 36” ends.
- Sides - 10 gauge stainless steel with material shedding boxed top rails, sloping bottom rails, 15" wide full depth rear corner post, 1 intermediate, formed in place horizontal "V" brace, 10" front and rear board extension pockets and full length tarp rails. Grip strut walkrail on both sides.
- Floor - 3/16” AR 450 Hardox with 9” weld in radius.
- Front Bulkhead - 10 gauge stainless steel construction with two bend top flange and one formed in place intermediate "V" brace.
- Tailgate - 10 gauge stainless steel, 3 panel design with full perimeter box bracing, two intermediate vertical braces and one intermediate horizontal brace, double acting design with long chains and two sets of banjo eyes and full width lower tailgate pin.
- Tailgate Hardware - Heavy duty cast stainless steel "tarp friendly" top hardware and stainless lower hardware with stainless manual release handle.
- Lights - Meets all requirements of FMVSS108 with oval stop/tail/turn lights recessed in rear post. All lighting is recessed, shock mounted, complete with factory wiring harness.
- Understructure - Crossmemberless design using 3/16" X 100K formed 10" trapezoidal longbeams. Lubricated front and rear cross shafts and full width rear bolster.
- Safety Features - All Galion 433U Smooth Side bodies are shipped with a "body up" warning light and OSHA required back up alarm.

The Galion 533U
The Galion 533U's lighter crossmemberless construction makes it an excellent choice for over-the highway aggregate hauling. Ideal for construction, batching work, and spreading stone, sand, gravel and other aggregates. Designed for medium to heavy duty work, The 533U series body uses high tensile stainless steel throughout for best resistance to abrasion.
- General Dimensions - Available in 11' through 17' inside lengths, in 1' increments with an 84" inside width. 11' and 12' bodies available with 33" sides and 43" ends. 13' through 17' bodies available with 43" sides and 53" ends or 48" sides and 56" ends.
- Sides - 10 gauge stainless steel with material shedding boxed top rails, full depth 15" rear corner post, formed "V" horizontal bracing, 10" front and rear board extension pockets and full length tarp rails.
- Floor - 3/16" AR 450 Hardox steel with 2" floor to side radius.
- Front Bulkhead - 10 gauge stainless steel construction with two bend top flange and two vertical structural angle reinforcements.
- Tailgate - 7 gauge stainless steel, 6 panel design with fully perimeter box bracing, two intermediate vertical braces and one intermediate horizontal brace and full width lower tailgate pin.

The Galion 133U
The Galion 133U body is designed for superior service on 9900 - 19500 GVWR cab/chassis'. This body feature a 3/16" high tensile steel floor, 10 gauge high tensile tailgate, head sheets and sides. The 133U is constructed with stainless steel Front corner posts, smooth sides, full depth rear corner posts and boxed “material-shedding" top rails are also standard.
- General Dimensions - Available in inside lengths from 8' through 11'-6", 84" inside width with 13" sides and 19" gate or 18" sides and 24" gate.
- Sides - 10 Gauge high tensile steel with material shedding boxed top rails, full depth 10" rear corner post and low drag smooth design.
- Floor - 3/16" high tensile steel 1 pc with 2" formed in place floor to side radius.

The Galion PLD body
The Galion PLD body is designed for superior service on 12000 - 26000 GVWR cab/chassis'. It features all 10 gauge high tensile steel floors, tailgate, head sheets and single V brace sides. 10" full depth rear corner posts and boxed "material-shedding" top rails are also standard. The PLD is designed to operate with scissor type conversion hoists.
- General Dimensions - Available in inside lengths of 12', 14' and 16" inside width with 18" sides, 42" front and 24" gate.
- Sides - 10 Gauge high tensile steel sides with horizontal pressed V brace, material shedding boxed top rails, full depth 10" rear corner post and 6" front and rear board extension pockets. Drop sides do not have pressed V brace.
- Floor - 10 gauge high tensile steel, with 2" radius floor to side radius.
- Front Bulkhead - 10 gauge high tensile steel construction with two bend top flange and horizontal V brace.
- Tailgate - 10 gauge high tensile steel with full perimeter box bracing, two intermediate vertical box braces, double acting with long chains and two sets of banjo eyes.
